At the University of Minnesota - F.A.M.I.L.Y. has become the mantra for the Gophers football team. Coach Fleck and his coaching staff work to instill the values of selflessness and unconditional love into their players to not only build bonds of trust and unity among the team but to help develop the team into men of integrity. So when they leave the program they will be ready for life whether that be at the next level of the NFL or in the business they create and the families they have of their own. As a result, these players are more prepared for life as husbands, fathers, role models … or as professionals in business, public service or as NFL Greats!
